100 pound (45.4 kg) dumbbells in each hand today, on dumbbell bench press.

I am 15 pounds from my goal. 

My shoulders exploded.  Everybody died.

Did five (easy) reps at 90kg (198,4 lbs) barbell bench yesterday. And two (hard) reps at 145 kgs (319,6 lbs). Getting somewhere.

I'm at 15 reps of 205 pounds on the bench (and the first 8 are easy, the second 7 I pull The Face). 

But my core sucks so bad that I don't want to discuss it.

Which is something like 125 kg. 

My arms are now 3" shorter.

Squats are still potato.
