Choice

It was my choice or so they told me.
I am sitting in Hainault in the early/late hours depending on you perspective trying to contemplate the exact text of my introduction while James Earl Jones receives a petulant look from Arnold Schwarzenegger on the telly.

Oh how I lament this hours passing, I wish I had been a troubadour, incidentally my dog Tony likes apples, but I don't know if that is worth mentioning.

I will now finish this sentence with an upward inflection as if I am asking a question so that I do not seem too emphatic?
