How does a 20 day limit work. Say for example their parents get sucked into a two year long case, when 20 days are up do they just dump them on the other side of the Rio grande?

No, they release them ROR with an electronic monitor on the adults, and they show up when their court date arrives.

Weird as it may sound, it's been working for 31 years.

ETA:  The penalty for blowing off the hearing or defeating the electronic monitoring is a lengthy ban on getting a VISA, and deportation.

Given that, most people show up.

It's also worth mentioning that this jacket is $39.  When do you think was the last time that Melania Trump wore something worth less than $200?  It was totally about the writing on the jacket, it wasn't simply some kind of completely tone-deaf fashion statement.

She wears bigger glasses than Patricia Nixon did, and always has long sleeves on. Just putting that out there.

Trump campaign data operation had stolen Clinton emails 'more than a month' before WikiLeaks: bombshell report

From the summary article:

"An American lawyer I know told me that he was approached by a Cambridge Analytica employee after the election. They had had the Clinton emails more than a month before they were published by WikiLeaks: 'What should I do?' Take this to [special counsel Robert Mueller], the lawyer replied."

The original article from The Spectator is entitled:

What does the British government know about Trump and Russia?

Here's the link to the original article: https://usa.spectator.co.uk/2018/06/what-does-the-british-government-know-about-trump-and-russia/

The information in these articles is currently getting buried behind the current "Children Locked in Cages" scandal, and rightly so. But, if true, this information about the Clinton emails is going to bring a lot of people in the Trump Administration and the GOP down.
Discordianism is fundamentally mischievous irreverence.

To be fair, people caring about things is what caused this whole mess. This is all happening because people were worried about illegal immigration and the fate of the manufacturing industry. If people had cared less then there would be no need for people to care now

QuoteTrump ratcheted up his demands on immigration, saying that people who "invade" the U.S. illegally should be deported immediately without trial or other normal judicial processes.

"We cannot allow all of these people to invade our Country,'' Trump said Sunday on Twitter.
"When somebody comes in, we must immediately, with no Judges or Court Cases, bring them back to where to came from. Our system is a mockery to good immigration policy and Law and Order.''

Children in the migrant camps are being made to say the Pledge of Allegiance every morning, "out of respect"

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/separated-immigrant-children-are-all-over-the-us-now-far-from-parents-who-dont-know-where-they-are/2018/06/24/c9bc5ba6-7568-11e8-805c-4b67019fcfe4_story.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.0bb0164e20e0

QuoteThe children have been through hell. They are babies who were carried across rivers and toddlers who rode for hours in trucks and buses and older kids who were told that a better place was just beyond the horizon.

And now they live and wait in unfamiliar places: big American suburban houses where no one speaks their language; a locked shelter on a dusty road where they spend little time outside; a converted Walmart where each morning they are required to stand and recite the Pledge of Allegiance, in English, to the country that holds them apart from their parents.

Why must they say those words, some of the children ask at the shelter in Brownsville, on the Mexican border in Texas?

"We tell them, 'It's out of respect,' " said one employee of the facility, known as Casa Padre, who spoke on the condition of anonymity for fear of losing their job.
