Yeah, it was basically a pile of shit, "here are all the things I did to save you all," and "Brown people are scary", jumbled together.  His delivery was good (by his standards), but he was doing this weird thing where he was just fixedly staring into the camera above the teleprompter.  I am more than half-sure Pence was spanking it.
