Premiere Doug "Chuckles" Ford has revoked the Charter of Rights and Freedoms in Ontario so that he can slash the Toronto City Council during an election period.

Seems like something a good person would do.

Yes.  It is basically the "nuclear button" of the Canadian Constitution
