It's a beautiful poem, but perhaps you could have given it proper attribution.  It is unlikely you are the author, unless you have been dead 33 years.
"When I say 'engineering', I have unreasonable expectations.  It must - as you know - look good in PADS AND give you plenty of help ducking and weaving in meetings.  But it must also, at some distant point in time, function.  If it does not, then you must accept that you are not in fact an engineer but instead an MBA.  Hang your head in SHAME, sinner!"

That's Hedges.

Attribute or face the hammer.
I met a traveller from an antique land
Who said: Two vast and trunkless legs of stone
Stand in the desert. Near them, on the sand,
Half sunk, shattered underpance lies,
With blown elastic, and exploded back,
Tell that its sculptor well those passions read
Which yet survive, stamped on these lifeless things,
The hand that mocked them and the heart that fed:
And on the pedestal these words appear:
"My name is Doktor Howl, Spag of Spags:
Look on my ass, ye Mighty, and despair!"
Nothing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away.

Actually that's Larkin, as people clearly knew.

No one was bothered about the last one. Bit over the top, eh?

Last warning.

I didn't.  I was going to compliment you, until something tripped my suspicions and I googled some of the text.

My bad. If I write anything and it sounds good assume someone else wrote it.

It's about a city called Hull that is well worth a visit.

If you didn't write it and you don't attribute it, you are violating one of the only six rules we have.  How is this fucking complicated?

You seem very serious.

What are your other rules?

They were on the registration screen.  Your failure to read them is not The Mgt's problem, nor mine.

Your cheerful willingness to put Faust at risk of the insane new intellectual property laws they have in his horrible nation, however, WAS my problem.  Only now it's your problem, if you know what I mean.  And I think you do.

We haven't been introduced, so I'll think of you as "prey".
