Bumping this because I intend to pick it up again. I have a comp and spare time in excess. I NEED to finish this one on a soul level. Will begin the work of rewriting the next scene coming up from scratch. I had a parital, but just straight up want to take it somewhere else conceptually for a bit and explore the characters and establish setting a bit more. Will post at least the next scene in the next few days. Thanks for all the positive feedback and advice too. I probably wouldn't do this without you!
