I saw the following flyer taped to a telephone pole in the late 1990s (it's no longer there) on 10th Street in Midtown, Atlanta:

PERMANENT UNIVERSAL TAX STRIKE!
PERMANENT UNIVERSAL RENT STRIKE!
BIG CHICKEN LIVES!
