I, for one, would like too see the maximum positive outcome from this event.

I don't see the need for any further loss of life from either the bourgeoisie (including the petit bourgeoisie (who was the recipient of this latest action)) or the proletariat (that's YUO!)

Well, I would like $100 million and 30 minutes in the Orgasmatron with Lady Gaga.

The odds of our various asks being granted are exactly the same.

After reading your post, I realized that I may be able to utilize the word "proles" again, with the possibility that some people may actually be able to understand what I'm saying.

I find articles like the following to be amusing. And, I hope the Disloyal Opposition Party Electorate (DOPE) find them to be both annoying, and distracting:

"Conservative Pundit Spots Deliciously Ironic Twist Plaguing Trump's 'Populist Yahoos'"

""Now they're the dog that caught the car," suggested Jonah Goldberg."

As per this article:

"Conservative commentator Jonah Goldberg this weekend said it would "take a heart of stone not to laugh at the situation" that the various factions of Donald Trump's allies have gotten themselves into, just weeks before the president-elect returns to the White House.

Trump is currently "stuck in this hard place" and not "quite yet figured out" how to appease the various tribes of his support, the former Fox News pundit-turned-editor-in-chief of The Dispatch told CNN's Kaitlan Collins."

Here's the link:   Pundit Says 'Populist Yahoos' Are "the dog that caught the car"

Still, as amusing as the notion may be, I don't believe "the dog that caught the car" idiom applies all that well to the current situation.

The way I see it, the barbarians have crashed the gate, and they're inside the city. But, they're momentarily distracted by all of the bright, shiny objects at hand, and they can't decide what to loot first. Nevertheless, it won't be long before their organized attempts to sack the city begin.

"There was music in the cafés at night
And revolution in the air"

That partial lyric immediately came to mind when I first read this article's caption:

'We Risk Revolution!' Scott Galloway Goes on Epic Tirade Over CEO Murder and 'Out of Control' Wealth Inequality

As per this article:

""We are in the midst of a series of small revolutions to correct income inequality. And the reason we put an insurrectionist and a rapist in office is because, for the first time in our nation's history, a 30-year-old man or woman isn't doing as well as his or his or her parents were at third. Why? Because the majority of households are having the oxygen sucked out of the room such that a small number of individuals and a small number of companies can be worth more than nation-states," he said.

"Income inequality is out of control. Our tax policy has gone full oligarch.""

After reading this article, I came to the conclusion that if "the reason we put an insurrectionist and a rapist in office is because, for the first time in our nation's history, a 30-year-old man or woman isn't doing as well as his or his or her parents were at third [sic]. (emphasis mine)", then we are really not very good at reasoning. Then, after coming to that conclusion, I began to wonder what, exactly, is at risk for we, with revolution in the air. And, that's because, given what I perceive to be we's fundamental reasoning problem, if there really is anything at risk, I'm not seeing it.

I find the timing of this official Statement and Release to be both interesting and provocative:

Statement from President Joe Biden on the Equal Rights Amendment

I will be amazed if there is no significant pushback from the MAGAt States of 'Merica on the validity of the 28th Amendment. Still, if the opposition from the usual suspects doesn't ultimately serve to fire up and organize the Resistance 2.0, it is likely that nothing will.

The Democratic Party's leadership is attempting to learn from their past mistakes:

Democrats' playbook for Trump 2.0: Tune out the noise and focus on economic issues

"As Trump floods the zone in his first week in office, Democrats are departing from their "resistance" strategy in his first term and zeroing in on issues that cost them the last election."

As per this article:

"WASHINGTON — Less than 48 hours after President Donald Trump was inaugurated, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries held a closed-door meeting with Democratic lawmakers to issue a warning and a clarion call.

The new administration was going to "flood the zone," and Democrats couldn't afford to chase every single outrage — or nothing was going to sink in for the American people, Jeffries told them, according to a person in the room who requested anonymity to discuss the private meeting.

Jeffries, D-N.Y., urged members to focus their message on the cost of living, along with border security and community safety."

And, while many in the Democratic Party's leadership are naive, overall they're not stupid. Taking back the U. S. House of Representatives in 2026 is a doable objective. And, the Disloyal Opposition Party does have a lot of senate seats to defend in the next election.

I'm seeing this quotation from U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) popping up on the internet today:

"Elon Musk you know, you can take the boy out of apartheid but you can't take apartheid out of the boy. He's out here doing Nazi salutes. Whatever."

This lady is an admirable, inspirational leader of the Resistance 2.0. We need many more like her.
