translates in a lot of ways, has been godjacked by christians in a lot of sources, but the purest possible transliteration would be something like

"Truth is one, though the sages know it as many"

Truth (Big T Truth) simultaneously signifying spirituality, knowledge, the Ain Sof, whichever you prefer.
