What is the Discordian Idea/Ideal/Idiosynchracy of APOCALYPSE?

The way I see it there usually isn't an apocalypse, just the cycle of the five seasons. I forget the details but it starts with chaos, goes through discord and confusion, then through bureaucracy, then through the aftermath and back to chaos again. The harder you look the more you will find this cycle. Every day you go through this cycle, every day of the week is one season of the cycle, every season of the (discordian) year is a season of the cycle, and in the really big picture everything that happens in the world can be explained in analogy to the cycle. So what people call Apocalypse is really just the transition from Aftermath back to Chaos. Maybe.
