All these flyers are designed to be printed
double sided, flip on short side then cut in half where the gap is. The result for each single sheet is two half page flyers with text on the front and back, with "down" being down on both. You'll be able to see right away if the printer messed up, you'll have the second half of the wrong thing behind your first half.
