Nothing is true. Everything is permitted.

Oh, and I get to stab people in the face.

Thank you Discordia.

That's Vampira by Boris Vallejo. It's a woman, just one from the comicverse.  :kingmeh:

I've seen women with scarier musculature.

Mainly because a friend of mine buys that kind of magazine, and leaves them in the bathroom to read.

"to read" is an endearing euphemism.

Also, I'd hate to burst your bubble (well, hate is a strong word) but that's Vampirella. You're giving comic book geeks a bad name. And that's tough to do.

it's crazy, right? I mean, the little disclaimer in the beginning of assassins creed states that it was written by a multicultural group of writers
from a variety of religious backgrounds
which CLEARLY means Discordians, judging by the stuff at the end of the game

unfortunately, assassins creed 2 puts the symbolism (the golden apple, the eye in the pyramid, leviathan) in a bit more Christian context

but at the very least, you know those guys read Illuminatus

I played a bit of the game, but not enough to get to that stuff.

Shame.  The stabbing was good, though.

IS THIS

          about a videogame?

I THOUGHT

the O.P. was skimming Hassan I Sabbah/ the Hashishans & Mount Almut.

NO?

what's this to do with P.D./ Discordianism?

yeah, Assassin's Creed is a video game for the PC, xbox 360 and ps3... In the first game, you play an assassin employed during the crusades. It's pretty good historical fiction in addition to a pretty cool game. And this conception of the assassins is pretty tight with RAW's version of the illuminati, who engage in an ongoing secret war for the soul of humanity. And are they the good guys or not? It's debatable.

SPOILER WARNING

SPOILER WARNING

at the end of the game, you find out that the artifact you've been searching for the whole time is the Golden Apple.

in ass.creed2 they get all weird with it, the apple myth is explained in a very unusual way
