Wow. American reading comprehension really is as bad as advertised! Look up the word "alleviated" I think that's where the confusion is creeping in. Or, hey, don't drink water (like from the toilet). Is also funny as fuck.

I did admit that it helps sometimes, you know. But the dehydration alleviating depression was... wildly overstating things. I've never spoken to any dr about my depression and had them tell me "Drink more water, that'll help you feel a little better."
