another project -
so
i need some feedback yet again if you have time:
which one is the preferred?
v1.0
(http://i164.photobucket.com/albums/u21/LHX012/artwork/giraffe_1.jpg)
v2.0
(http://i164.photobucket.com/albums/u21/LHX012/artwork/giraffe_2.jpg)
thanks for the input
and also let me know if the whole thing sucks all together - that would be of supreme help
2nd one gets my vote.
You should mask out the tiny background giraffe that appears to be sticking out the main ones ass too if you want my 5cents
how would a enterprising rookie such as myself go about 'masking something out'?
any tips?
Clone tool. How did you get rid of the giraffe on the left? You could use the same technique but smaller.
I like this.
Roll with it.
Pic 2 wins.
I like the second one, though it could use more giraffes.

LOL naw man - im not that sophisticated yet
to get rid of the giraffe on the left, all i did was move the image to the left
its still there but off the page
so clone tool is the one i am looking for
and that is in Photoshop? or Illustrator?
clone tool is in photoshop. the idea is to clone the background over the bit you want gone. [ Silly learned this tech at HIMEOBS academy, maybe you can consult their resources  ]
also, you should give the giraffes some sort of glowing terminator style red eye and antennae so it's more obvious that these are in fact ROBOTS (as we all know they are)
or, maybe you could cut out the giraffes real shoddy-like, with the photoshop lasso-tool, only don't make an effort to do it very neatly, then copy/paste them on some different (but still savannah-style) background, so it's OBVIOUS they are photoshopped on and not real.
2nd one.
and a great idea, by the way.
I like the second one better, but I'd like the first one better if it wasn't for the backwards facing giraffe.
2nd one, but don't enhance it too much, that could ruin the simplistic continuity you have going on.
teh mang' sez: use version 2.
fantastic idea for an ad btw. it makes an outrageous claim to attract attention and then says: well, prove me wrong sucker! get your ass out of the house and book a vacation already.
on a scale of 1 - 10 i appreciate the feedback a lot
PD critical insight and tech support FTW

Many people haven't though.
We don't all have fantastic, exotic, Scottish zoos.
