What I want to know is now that you wasted a feat on the Exotic Weapon Proficiently are you going to go for Improved  Trip, or are you going to go the Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack route?
I think I need to get all of them eventually, actually. I'm working my way up to Whirlwind Attack; since a chain is a reach weapon, I'll be able to strike all enemies within a 10ft radius once per round.

Why not go for the dervish prestige class?

I'd group this as more or less "cyberpunk", rather than steampunk. I'd call fallout steampunk though, or a cross between cyberpunk and steampunk. In fallout a 50's theme is used with heavy technological advances. The world itself would be cyberpunk, but certain objects and cutscenes would definitely file under steampunk.

Anyway, your style of clothing resembles the way cyberpunks dress themselves. An example would be:

The steampunk remakes of modern technology look pretty awesome though o.o;
