Today, for a brief second, I thought of a life without Roger. It was much like my current life, except that this forum was a bit nicer.

This isn't a recipe per se, but when making grilled cheese, try using Swiss or Munster cheese instead of American cheese. My experience has been that it tastes a lot better.

The reason I hate 50 shades of gray isn't that it's soccer-mom bait, but that now everyone on the internet has to mention that they are a dom or a sub or whatever.  It's boring.  Shut up.

...plus, if they're gonna make a movie that goes there they should do it properly. Make an adaptation of Venus im Pelz, or finally do an adaptation of The 120 Days of Sodom that isn't just the frame story.

TED Talk Sound Bite or North Korean political slogan?

The slogans all sound like they were procedurally generated by a computer.

As an aside, I always thought that meatloaf was, like, the pinnacle of American food.  It is, after all, just a bunch of beef shoved together with some ketchup on top and some chopped veggies if you're feeling adventurous.

My mother always added bacon

If you still have it it's probably cold enough now to make applejack, provided that the preservatives don't screw with the water content freezing.

 WTF

That's Dagoth Ur, the primary antagonist of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. He's kinda an undead god-king thing... Except he isn't, because the metaphysics of the in-game setting are kinda screwy like that. Technically, he isn't undead so much as he's anti-alive. Even that's a sloppy explanation.
Anyway, he was the player character's bro in a past life and it's the player's job to "kill" him, whatever that even means.

That link keeps throwing "403 Forbidden" errors

Anti-alive in a similar manner to D&D undead?

-A renaissance or eraly industrial revolution era story somehow linking together Monty Python and the Holy Grail with Night of the Lepus, in regard to killer bunnies (but without explicitly referencing either movie)

-A monster movie where the ones being terrorized by the monsters are also monsters themselves. Perhaps a warlike race of alien conquerers is decimated by some sort of undead apocalypse (either zombies, ghouls, or feral vampires) that begins among their conquered slaves but soon spreads everywhere. (This idea initially started out as an idea for a D&D encounter, a mindflayer city overrun by zombies and demons)

-The sinister reason why the insignias of the Flying Spaghatti Monster and that of the goetic demon Bifrons are vaguely similar looking if you squint your eyes right

-Plan 9 From Outer Space retold as an allegory for the Iraq war. (The aliens are looking for solarinite weapons, Earth doesn't have any solarinite weapons, the aloen leaders are clearly incompetant...)

EDIT:
-or the opposite of the above, a movie about the Iraq war whose plot includes fantastic elements clearly cribbed from Plan 9

An alien cargo ship crash-lands on earth, containing a large number of relatively weak, docile aliens, all of whom are genetically identical. After a year or so, they learn a human language (and their language is decoded) and we discover that they were being cloned and bred as a food source -- they are the alien equivalent of bananas, except that they are sapient; they were genetically engineered to resist disease without changing their flavor because of several near-collapses of the monoculture. As they integrate into human society, splinter groups form and (inspired by human cultural artifacts) decide to free their brethren and take revenge against the culture that was breeding them. A handful infiltrate the facility where the crashed cargo craft is kept, but they are killed by base security, leading to widespread race riots in large cities between humans and the alien space bananas.

That sounds awesome

3 Layer Nacho Dip

You'll need: Cream cheese, canned chili, monteray jack and/or cheddar cheese, a casserole dish and a microwave

1.) Spread 2 packages of cream cheese evenly across the bottom of a casserole dish
2.) spread two cans of chili evenly above the cream cheese
3.) Sprinkle with grated monteray jack and/or cheddar cheese until covered
4.) Microwave for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted

Serve with tortilla chips

A character in a tv show I'm watching claimed that "nobody dies in musicals", and that gave me this idea:

Sapient carnivorous plants rise up in rebellion against their amoral alien farmer masters, but are quickly cut down by the aliens' perfectly ordinary laser guns. (thus combining plot elements from Little Shop Of Horrors, Les Miserables, and The Rocky Horror Picture Show - three musicals in which lots of people die - into a completely new and original story.

EDIT:
If you can think of any way to unobtrusively work in elements from Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street or Rendezvous With RagNaRok I'd appreciate hearing it.
