However, you can pull a switch that will send it onto a different track where Donald Trump and Mike Pence, are standing. Should you pull the switch? What if there was also a homeless person on the track with Trump and Pence? What if there were two homeless people? How many homeless people would have to be added before it became morally wrong to pull the switch?
3.) An out of control trolley is barreling down the tracks. If not stopped it will strije and kill four people. Before that, in exactly one minute, it will come to a switchtrack that can send it to a different track where only one man is standing. There is a button which you can press that will cause the tracks to switch once after half a minute, switch again after a further quarter of a minute, switch again after a further eighth of a minute, again after a further sixteenth of a minute, and so on and so on. Should you press the button.
4.) There is an out of control trolley barreling down the tracks. If not stopped it will run over the entire population of China. However you can pull a switch and send it to a different track where it will only run over the population of two medium sized Japanese cities. Should you pull the switch?
