I think I figured out the bothersome key link of it all anyway: these went to people who are widely considered "Heads" of the conspiracy to defraud the Orange Bastard. That doesn't fit Sharpton, not quite. It more fits Todd and Pelosi. Maddow and Sharpton are more on the order of "pawns" in these guys views, gleefully following the orders of their evil globalist overlords. I think Moore might also be considered a leader in the conspiracy, but I'm not quite sure, it's been a bit.

I can't see Maddow being a specified target for some reason. Something about her compared with the other targets thus far doesn't smell right. I can see a to whom it may concern at MSNBC, or one aimed directly at Todd. But Maddow just does not quite fit the bill, and I can't figure out why I have that feeling.

Thinking on this, it's likely this will lead to a precipitous decrease in trans folks with housing. In other words: the vast majority of an entire minority demographic is about to be homeless. If the DOJ says that they're not a protected class and the first state level lawsuit turns up with state protections not overriding federal law, the whole demographic might end up unemployed, nationwide, with very very limited exceptions.

This is genuinely apocalyptic for people like me. I'm still alive because other trans people have been sending me enough cash to stay afloat. I'm not alone in this, either, most of my friends can't help me because they're on someone else's lifeline or they're helping several other people already.

I predict a sudden rash of suicides in my demographic, with a long, fat tail. The more I think about this, the worse it gets.

My guess is no more than two of the other folks will be targeted: Pelosi and Todd. And I would be surprised a little if either received one.

Some of the people who only received one might receive another, though, that was something he kept doing. I think that's more likely.

Unicorn Interrupts Political Rally

A flatulent unicorn horned in on a political rally in Redneckville, Redstate today. The initially rowdy crowd switched from screaming loud choruses of "lock her up," to singing "Kumbaya" as the unicorn walked among them.

Later, rally participants were seen smiling and waving peace signs as they exited the rally venue.

My sources say it was a Pegasus, not a unicorn. No one captured photographs though, and unicorns are historically more likely to spread peace via violent gut wind. Maybe an expert on the matter like Professor Cramulus could weigh in?

My millions have been redistributed to the hyper-rich before I was born. Damn you capitalism!

I don't think it matters in the sense most people would. I think what it ends up being (widely considered to be by fringe loonies) will affect how the response to it goes. A Filipino man might reduce how much things escalate from here, because racist bastards will howl about immigrants being a threat to everyone.

A Native American man being responsible requires different messaging from the far right, and that messaging could lead to more (or worse) shit like this, or a sudden upswell in the number of white nationalists in the general population, depending which way it goes and how far it spreads.

That's why I'm paying attention to it.

I just saw that. As a trans woman myself, it's good one of the biggest public figures has finally wised the hell up.

It's also fucking disgusting it took this long, and that she has consistently undermined every attempt to point out that our Arch-Shitbaboon has as much to do with LGBT rights as Mussolini did with communism in the meantime. It sucks to say that she's also the best goddamn shot we have at making any serious change for the better from within our own wider community, or I'd say "and now she can race headlong into a running thresher."

She can still do that of course, she just first has the Sisyphean task of rolling the rights and respect for LGBT people back uphill where she helped dislodge it from. An old friend of mine would put it, "making her build a woodshed for the express purpose of taking her behind it." And if she fails, who really needs the woodshed? We'll all be subhuman down there anyway.

Oh yes, I agree. This is less "something she can do to get back into everyone's good graces" and more "penance paid before we exile her to the wastelands." She's not possible to salvage, but I'll let her fight the monster she helped create before I tell her that. It saves better people from having to do that work.

News sources are suggesting that the bomb maker might not be Native American, but Filipino. I don't know if I buy that.
