Check it out. I found a search engine called SymbolHound (http://symbolhound.com/) that will actually takes punctuation into account in your searches. This could be very useful for searching technical topics where punctuation actually matters, or searching for quatations that include |337 speech.
Compare:
A search on Google (http://www.google.com/search?q=%40%24%24&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t)
The same search on SymbolHound (http://symbolhound.com/?q=%40%24%24)
Very interesting, I'm going to check it out thanks :)
Ha. That guy's the first commenter on the post that Trip found about the plugin that tries to fix Google by wrapping everything in double-quotes. I haven't checked this out yet, but I'm going to.
