Mine has a big bone in the way.
I put the NotThing in my chest cavity but it keeps trying to escape. Its little paws keep testing at the strength of my ribs or reaching out between them and swiping menacingly at the air... and it used to be smaller. A tiny little ball of NotStuff but ever since I crammed it up into my chest it's started growing and pressing against the sides.
It's way expansive...it's like the universe in there. The hallowverse.
