Most would agree that such progress comes from years of study and more than even an adept wisdom in the applications of both failed and successful experiments. Im kinda more of the slant that some minds are more sensitive toward not only the discovery but also of variant levels of recognition, like a type of confirmation, of sorts, toward certain phenomena, anomalies, energies, etc. Such sensitive minds are able to, perhaps, better mirror the power witnessed and, um, produce or replicate a manufactured representation.
Anyways. Im also kinda warped in the way that buildings talk. Architectural designs and some of the dead or nearly dead languages remind me of a type of automatic programming that, though does not have to be self-destructive or self-detonating, sometimes become so because of a possible spiritual state of st agnancy that reads such design as a threat or future threat

Actually, no, the flow of conversation was not inevitable. Lots of people get off to a bad start here, but things get better when they STOP playing one-upsmanship games and thinking they're being witty with antagonistic repartee, or using every thread on the board as a personal blog. Stop blaming some irreversible previous moment in time for your rubbing people the wrong way, start talking to people here like they're people and not a game, and you'll get along just fine.
For the record, TGRR was being completely sincere when he offered to let you know where you were going wrong. And we tend to think highly here of people who can swallow their monkey-ass pride, receive criticism, and move on. Every one of us has made an ass of ourselves, been embarrassed, and got over it by standing up on two legs and being better bipeds than we were before.

I really struggled with the term as I couldn't grasp the correlation between the suggested personality disorder and being a neophiliac until google gave me a better understanding of the interpretation.
Neophiliacs bring potential. To some, it may be disregarded and yet to others, as I am guilty of, to sense some such familiar presence(s) within the minds of others and suggest that they are fucked in the head. Its rude in retrospect and it has forced further recognition on basic values. While I can directly relate to the term in the way that I thrive with intellectual curiosity, I genuinely cringe and mourn over spending money or excessive wastefulness.
I suppose to sometimes look in the mirror and not usually recognize my own appearance or to study life long partners with new wonder may very well seem to represent a mental disturbance and/or personality disorder, however, just as you mentioned, there are those that never do and they seem damned to me.
One of the most difficult realizations has been that such allows the potential for a stifling stagnancy that be more detrimental than any destructive force of change that may accur. Better understanding Individual perception is an undeniable key in the important beneficial balances coupled with the necessary hindrances, accordingly.
