Oh Hi ya! It's been a while I know but some shitty tings have been cropping up for me to deal with IRL. I do remember a while back someone was asking about the best place to buy a Dress form. So my boyfriend and I went and bought some new clothes the other day. He has a fitting problem though. He is a power lifter and his thighs are bigger than his waist. So when he tried on some cargo shorts in his size the waist fit but they were WAY too tight in the legs. His fix was to buy the shorts in a bigger size. This works with a belt, but the waist is all bunchy and shit.

I want to know if anyone has tips on taking in waistlines. I'll do some research on my own, but I thought I would ask here too. I have a few pairs of pants I can try it on first so I don't jack up his new shorts. I'm pretty unsure about this cause I have never really done alterations. 

Those look great! The impromptu fasteners worked out really well. They look just as if you had planned it all along. This is going to be a truly fantastic costume.

Sorry about the shitty shift. In this business all it takes is ONE jerk to ruin the whole thing. Like it's not enough to have to take shit from the guests, you also have to deal with asshole bartenders, or over worked chefs. It's not so bad when everyone keeps their cool though.

Yeah it would have weirded me out had it happened to me. It's just how you described visions of how Sean Connery would deal with the situation. Shit like that always makes me lol. I have a habit of picturing how Spider or King Mob would deal with things even when I'm having a rough time of it these thoughts always make me feel better. Plus it's reliving when you realize the paranoia was all for naught. That usually makes me take a deep breath and laugh at my self.
