It seems that McKellan and Fry are going to pay the licence now.

...
He is currently waiting for a British Supreme Court decision on his appeal against the extradition.
But WikiLeaks says despite his legal predicament, Assange is eligible to run for the Australian Upper House.
In its announcement on Twitter, WikiLeaks said it would also be running a candidate against Prime Minister Julia Gillard in her Lower House Victorian seat of Lalor.

1. "Extreme environmentalism" Just add "extreme" to any word and it sounds dirty. Try it! "Extreme childcare practices." "Extreme Arts Propagation." "Extreme Refrigeration proponents."
2. "Social Engineering" ...and pushing "Conservative Christian Values" isn't? Here's one of my favourite running Alabama Republican quotes: "It's called freedom of religion, not freedom from religion!"
3. "Global Political Control." See the .COM domain thread.

Anyone who can live on an island made of poison kinda has to think of themselves as supernaturally badass, I would think.
"made of poison"?
I thought my white ancestors brought the poison. Could you please clarify?
British nuclear testing? Over-use of DDT? Introduction of Cane Toads? What?
every snake
box jellyfish
stone fish
red back spider
funnel web spider
platypuses...
Ah. Thanks. Yes, the most poisonous snakes on the planet. But we have many pythons too, just to be pedantic - not poisonous. Thankful we don't have Komodo Dragons and Killer bees.

Heh if you really want to. Its one of those liquors that comes in a plastic container if its less than 750ml
I just shuddered on reading that.
I've never bought hard liquor that has been in a plastic container. I've drunk some horrific shit, vodka for less than a fiver, scotch with all the flavour and class of a bottle of piss...but plastic? Shit.
