if anyone has an ebook or pdf of PETER THE GREAT by Paul Bushkovitch plz to send my way. And if it is a legit copy you had to pay for and everything I can pp you some borrowing money or something idk.
I don't see it available as an e-book on Google Books, but I'll keep looking.

I know this is probably stupid and something you've already thought of . . . but have you tried the library?
ETA: I checked Better World Books, resellers of library books and now selling ebooks . . . lots of versions of "Peter the Great" but none authored by Paul Bushkovitch.
