I think its encrypted within the forum itself, but there may be a way to reset it.  I'll see what I can do, but I'm not totally familiar with SMF protocols so it may take a while.

You know, assuming you are Ben/Schizzy, you could just PM one of the admins when you want a name change.  We don't mind.

It's not a statement equivalent to work is bad... it's more like a question: why have there been more people entering the work force, yet the quality of life is declining?

"Free market policies" actually being an excuse for CEO's to raid company funds for personal benefit.  You know about Enron.  Thats happening everywhere, every day, because of deregulation, so no-one can check up on them fudging the accountancy figures.  So the CEOs continue to give themselves "turning up to work today" bonuses, everyone else gets paid peanuts because there are no laws to stop them and every other company is in on the game, and nothing gets better.  And any small companies who try to muscle in are instantly stomped because the big companies are backed by government welfare, which usually means despite the fact they are bankrupt they can kill off competition from below.

Yes.

Don't you understand, those pictures may give them ideas!  Not good ideas, like killing infidels, or that poor people aren't really real, but badwrong ideas.  Like having fun.  Enjoying yourself.  Experimentation.

Natural urges should be denied.  Only through complete denial of your natural state can you become a healthy, mentally unbalanced ball of nerves and repression that all right-thinking people aspire to be.  Like the Taliban, and Catholic priests.

OK, maybe slightly sarcastic, but yeah, you have a point.  Then again, if there was a way to block "hateful speech" (something they are trying over here, currently)  I'm sure as hell the Bible, Koran and various geostrategic insanities would proliferate, while heresies like our good selves would be stomped.  The real trick is teaching a kid how to critically assess things and let them look at whatever they damn well please, knowing full well their built in bullshit detectors will work better than any legislation.

But of course, that would require our leaders (spiritual, legal or otherwise) to actually trust us.  Which is, as we know, impossible.

We don't have control over the front page.  The old Mgt still pays for the whole site and thus controls the code,

No, its me.  I'm tired.  Like  said earlier, I literally fell asleep in an exam.  On terrorism, no less.  And I really did not like that job.  Bad memories.

Cain,
worked a door all last summer.  It was not fun.  It was shitty and the few advantages that job has I could not take, already being in a relationship.

I think reading KLF's The Manual will help clear up alot of the problems in here, as while it is somewhat out of date, it still explains the technical aspects of modern pop music making in a very good way.

Nah, the fun is where you hear about the Queen turning into a 9ft lizard from outer space, anally raping a virgin and then making her snuff it.

Mourn, are you equating Marxism and Totalitarianism?

As far as i know, they aren't equivalent.

In theory, no.  In practice, yes.  Marxism is a continuation of every other totalitarian ideology, it seeks to create "heaven on earth", by forcible "purification" if necessary.  Just like free market advocates, Christians, Muslims and 99% of people who think facts are subordinate to ideology.

Free market capitalism and the state are incompatible.  The only free trading that is going on anywhere now is in Somalia.  I personally prefer the protection of the state to the myriad problems of anarchy, even given the state is often my enemy the world has moved on and we now have some very deadly substate actors who can fuck you up.

Basically, so long as there is a state some companies will be favoured over others because they are critical to the safety and economy of the country in question.  When someone says free market capitalism, what they usually mean is allowing their favoured monopoolies (which they are funded by) being allowed to effectively operate outside of the law for mucho profits - all of which go into the hands of very few people, such as "Neutron" Jack.

Its a scam, one of the largest in history.  Its like the plot to bankrupt the American treasury by the Bush administration - its so big virtually no-one can see it, but its there.  Anyone who has checked the IMF's own data can see quite easily the best time, economically and in quality of life in the last 100 years was between 1950 and 1975 - an era dominated by unions, mixed economies and some protectionism.
