I know longer remember how many end of the world's I've lived through. I truly hope this upcoming rapture happens cause at least a whole host of people I can't stand will be gone.

Personally I'm still pissed about Y2K I had a Van and was ready to get that big screen TV at last.

Currently watching Portlandia and realizing that Boulder, CO has spread across the country and praying to all the gods/goddesses to wipe this planet clean before the yuppies have me deprogrammed.

With that said HAPPY NEW YEAR YOUZ ALL!!!

After some massive internal unrest last night (caused by Tyson brand pre-cooked chicken patties).  My girlfriend and I have vowed to try to not eat like white trash again.   The hope is to avoid more of the above mentioned discomfort.

So far the list is kinda short:

No TacoBell
No Arby's
No Sirlion Steak Stack (IHOP)
No Tyson brand pre-cooked chicken thingies

Anymore suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Eris (and my adviser) approved my thesis proposal on Discordia.  A major section is going to be on the social / political action side of things.  I just came across the BIP and it will make its way into the paper. 

Your input is wanted and your voice needs to be heard.  This is an opportunity to kick academia in the Ass and wake up a few GreyFaced Religious Studies Professors!

I'm doing an independent study on Modern Paganism: In Theory and Practice 
but since the topic is too huge, I decided to just focus on Discordianism, it's history, practices, etc.
With a focus on refuting the notion that many academics have that all Paganism came to America via Gardner and the Wiccan movement.
