I had an idea similar to this about the day before the OP.
i was thinking of the bit at the end of of a status update:
"Like. Comment. Share."
there are a few variants i fancied, one of them being a flier with a status update border. the "Share" option would be represented with
tear away strips on the bottom with a URL or something. the "Comment" box would be large enough to write in.
I think the content would be irrelevant, since my take on the idea is more of a package than a product.
