Title: Weev can't stop being offensive even when he's almost entirely right

I think he put in the McVeigh thing just to make sure no one could ever be comfortable agreeing with anything he says.

Yeah, I was with him until about half-way through.  I'd like to think Timothy McVeigh is the new "make spurious accusations about Jews in order to appear edgy with the ED trolls", but sadly, I don't think that is the case.

Man, he really had it right until the end. Damnit Weev. I want to cheer for you, but I don't want to get lumped in that trash you're dragging around.

That's pretty much exactly how he makes me feel every time I hear him talk. Goddamn we can not afford that guy being the public face of these fights and Swartz being dead.

1 bitcoin per hour?  Aren't they worth bout $500 per?  How does he rate that level of hourly pay?  And if he is worth that much how did he struggle to find a lawyer?

Many things go into the build up of hourly pay rates. Depending on the industry you can add in all kinds of shit as well or just base it on open market rates. $500/hour on consultancy isn't unreasonable in many trades. For example, I've dealt with H+S consultants who are rocking about $750/ hour and worth every penny.

Of course, what you think you are worth /hour and what people will actually pay you / hour are totally different things.
