Here's what's for dinner, pasta(leftovers) with zucchini, onions, garlic, and olives fried in butter and olive juice, with some fresh ground black pepper. Also, you have to imagine the shredded Emmentale cheese cos I forgot to put it on before the picture.

yeah every time I buy olives(which is often) I save the water they come in, and use it when I cook. Great way to add delicious flavor for essentially no cost. Reduce, reuse, recycle!
I only ever use it for dirty martinis (you can buy it bottled for this purpose)...so good to know.
