Title: Theater
Post by: AFK on September 05, 2013, 12:48:19 PM
They say that all the world's a stage.

This has to be one of the most obscene one-act plays I've ever seen.  The actors are all lifeless drones and stiff.  No one really seems to be into their roles.  This despite all of the graphic pyrotechnics.

Maybe it is time for the audience to just get the fuck up and walk out.

Go build a new stage, put on a new play.

 :emo:

The world is not a stage, it's the coolest toy ever. The humans are a bit of a pain in the ass but most of them can't get near the difficult levels and the ones who can are usually pretty cool anyway so we get peace to play. While the rest of them burn.

Fuck 'em if they don't like it :lulz:

There is no audience, the second half puts us all a players on the stage. We're as responsible for the bad acting and poor scripting as anyone else.

Nope, not a flounce.  I'm literally talking about the world, not this site.

Go build a new one, then.

I was hoping this was the case.  Try not to take anyone with you.  It's generally considered poor form.

So, we're all too gloomy and negative, but the entire world and everyone in it fails to live up to RWHN's standards?

You know, that kind of cynicism is just you writing blank check for failure.

However, I do have to say that I appreciate that he's making an effort at posting some content that is, while still basically a commentary on how everybody but him sucks, is at least not a drug thread.

I disagree. I think the sooner he realizes that he no longer brings anything to the table here the sooner he'll go away, and while both things are only a remote possibility it would be nice. I'm convinced he could probably have a functional relationship with another community somewhere in the future, but he's burned down every bridge he could find here.

You're assuming he's at a conference table.  He's not.  He's at a dinner table.  To feed his ego.

Yeah, he's never, ever going to go away.
