BUT...The desired effect is being achieved.  Jenn is eyeballing my arms like Danny Partridge staring at a speedball.  It's not real muscle yet, just flooded with blood from tearing up the muscles...But she doesn't have to know that.

Day Three of lifting. Standing Dips, Reverse Standing Dips. 12 sets of 30 @ 150lbs per side. I felt nothing, but a stomach ache. Cooldown by doing 2x 20 reps of Lat Pulldowns @ 160lbs. I felt nothing at all my feet kind of twitched when I was in the shower. I guess I'll lift tomorrow for bear strength.

PR'd in bench today. 20 pounds more than last time. Took me six weeks. Last time I PR'd it was 2.2 pounds, and that took me 12 weeks. My new bench program is the shitz
