I'm glad I live in the USC, even though we will eventually crumple away into the ocean, just like Miami will on the other coast.

huntsman spiders ftw.  I think if I ever saw one in person (i.e. in my house, and not in a zoo/pet shop/something else in a container) I would have an aneurysm and die on the spot.   

I live in California.  I am a snob.  I'm also very anti snobby on plenty of things as well.  It's a bit conflicting at times. 

I've never had a curfew. I just don't get to sleep over at the guy's houses willy nilly unless it's a party and I wouldn't be safe to drive home.  I just have to be home before my mother inevitably wakes up because her 6th sense tells her I am not home and OMG SHE MUST BE DEAD.  Which is more than reasonable I think, especially considering some of my friend's experiences with parents....They usually make me do this.   

I refuse to believe TCC is all bad. I am tenacious with the force of my conviction.

However, I also believe in Santa Claus.

TCC became all bad when certain people got IP banned. All that was left the scum with no villainy.

You will meet and go on a date with someone who doesn't fit your definition of cool.  Any sort of date will do (simple lunch date in a public place sounds good), but you have to initiate contact and arrange it.  After the date you do not have to have any further contact with the guy, if you don't want to, obviously.

For the duration of the date, you will:
1.  Be stone cold sober.  Nothing stronger than coffee (Rx excepted, of course).
2.  Be upbeat and nice, no matter how things go.
3.  Force yourself to take an interest in the guy, no matter how geeky or work-oriented he is, for the duration of the date.  If he actually goes creepy, you get to bail, and you don't have to be nice about it.
