"RFK Jr. claims doctor said parasite 'ate' part of his brain"

As per this article:

"Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s campaign on Wednesday responded to a New York Times report that described an incident where the independent candidate claimed a doctor told him that a parasitic worm was found in his brain more than a decade ago.

In a 2012 deposition during a divorce from his second wife, Kennedy revealed that a doctor found a dead parasite in his brain -- one of multiple health conditions Kennedy said may have caused what he described in the deposition as "cognitive problems" he had experienced at the time, according to according to The New York Times."

And, further along in this article:

"Doctors interviewed by ABC News clarified that these types of parasites don't actually eat brain tissue. Rather, they absorb nutrients passively before dying."

I've heard some people say, 'All publicity is good publicity.' But, this headline leads me to believe that 'some people' are wrong. And, I have to wonder, why are those 'Doctors interviewed by ABC News' so certain that some, or maybe even a lot, of RFK Jr.'s brain wasn't eaten? I mean, I'm not the least bit surprised that this guy has had brain problems.

The hot an popular people keep taking over, so us weird nerds are losing territory.

But in all seriousness, fuck the trend of making everything enslaved to some bullshit algorithm. Fuck the corporate friendly piss-garbage.
If I hear the word "unalive" one more fucking time I might have a heart attack. Keep that bullshit on TikTok or whatever.
And also, fuck off with TikTok. I'm tired of it being synonymous with Gen Z.
And now every other website also has to be TikTok, so every other website also gets worse. Thanks, TikTok. Burn in Hell.

Don't worry, they've banned tiktok.

This, of course, is a logical piece of merch for the MAGAt minions. If they're going to wear diapers at their rallies, and claim that 'Real Men Wear Diapers,' it makes sense that they should buy a special brand.

So, here they are:   The Donald's Leak Protecting Adult Diapers][/b]

WARNING: They are pricey. And, they come with a disclaimer that says, *FOR NOVELTY USE ONLY*, but TFG should be advertised with the same warning.

High Weirdness / Snakes Almost On a Plane
Last post by Brother Mythos - May 07, 2024, 01:52:59 PM
I'm not a snake person. But, even if I were, my pants are, pretty much, the last place I would put one.

"Snakes almost on a plane: TSA discovers a bag with small snakes in passenger's pants"

As per this article:

"According to an X post by the Transportation Security Administration, officers at the Miami International Airport found the small bag of snakes hidden in a passenger's trousers on April 26 at a checkpoint."

Now, I can't help but wonder if this passenger told the TSA officers that they were 'emotional support snakes.'

That's heartbreaking, I can't grasp what it must be like having to send your kids in to school when this is always a looming threat, the worst we have to worry about is bullying or them catching every flu/cold/nits doing the rounds, taking it for granted they are safe is something I need to be more thankful for

Extra sad bit on shooter. Had a pellet gun. Pointed it at the officer. The whole bit with telling his friends about school shooters previously and whatnot was to set up a suicide by cop.

I can't remember having ever actually watched a Ministry of Propaganda video, much less recommending one to someone else. But, this take-down of Drama Queen Greene is outstanding:

I haven't been to Maine in many years, as the last time I was there, in early June, it was closed. (Well, in truth, it was mostly closed.) So, I don't really know much about the place. But, given that they continue reelecting 'concerned' Senator Susan Collins, I've never thought of Maine as being a 'blue' state. However, after last year's mass shooting, it appears that some of their citizens are taking gun safety a little more seriously.

"Maine governor signs off on new gun laws, mental health supports in wake of Lewiston shootings"

As per this article:

"AUGUSTA, Maine -- Democratic Gov. Janet Mills on Friday signed into law a suite of gun safety legislation approved by lawmakers after the deadliest mass shooting in state history, expanding background checks for private sales of weapons, bolstering the state's "yellow flag" law, criminalizing the transfer of guns to prohibited people and expanding mental health crisis care.

The governor told lawmakers during her State of the State address that doing nothing was not an option after an Army reservist with an assault rifle killed 18 people and injured 13 others in Lewiston on Oct. 25.

The bills drew opposition from Republicans who accused Democrats, who control both legislative chambers, of using the tragedy to advance proposals, some of which had been previously defeated. Mills said Friday the proposals would improve public safety while respecting the state's long traditions of gun ownership and outdoor heritage."

So, although there's still much more to be done, at least the state of Maine is headed in the right direction. It's just a shame that it took mass murder to encourage them to make a little effort to address this deadly issue.
