Alright, Here goes:
I want to design a site that has manydiscordian texts online, all in one place, and allows the user to submit their own works for addons.
Anyone know good free hosting?
I need to have large file space(at least 3 gb) as well as ability to post pdf and photoshop files, plus high bandwidth.

I didn't actually read any of that, because your sig pisses me off.
