Could be. I heard the term sometime during my two years break from teh internets. The problem is, though, that during that time I was a fuckin' stoner. Any recollection I have from that time isn't worth the paper it's written on.

That's actually a great way to troll pagans. Only don't tell 'em it's RPG shit. When my roommate found out what I was doing he told me I wasn't allowed to use his White Wolf books to make his friends any dumber.

May be found in Old Danish as Raghi, occurs in OW.Norse as Ragi (also found as a by-name). From the OW.Norse adjective ragr "cowardly, homosexual." May occur in the nominative case form ragi, although this may instead represent the name Raggi.

The New and Improved Flintstones was the worst, imho.
I always hated Scooby Doo and the Flintstones. I thought Hanna-Barbara's other lesser known characters like Huckleberry Hound, Hong Kong Phooey, etc. were more interesting.
Liked Scooby Doo best when it had ghosts on it. I dug the spookyness.
Otherwise, I was totally into Huckleberry Hound, Pink Panther, Tom & Jerry (my kids ADORE T&J and all the WB characters--pre-Animaniacs), Yogi Bear, etc.
I grew up on programs Krazy Kat, Popeye, Huckleberry Hound, the Godzilla Cartoon, and movies like Joe's Apartment.
And the coffee worms from MIB are one of my earliest role models.
Ah yes, who can forget Sunday Mornings with Popeye?!

Scooby Doo had fucking Don Knotts on it, therefor it was ootra-cool.
I swear to god that was the lamest cartoon I can think of. The classic godzilla cartoons were better. The Link cartoons were better. The Super Mario Show was better.
And I didn't like any of them.
You've been sniffing glue.
You've *watched* scooby doo, right?
It's a SHITHOUSE! You can't even solve the riddle with the available clues, and the dialogue is trite and contrived.
I liked em better when Scooby's goofy cousin was in on the adventures. And they really screwed the pooch when they added Scrappy.
Scooby Doo was farcial to begin with. Don't even pretend it wasn't.
It was the show you watched because you felt like watching tv, and the only other thing on is Judge Judy and Days of Our Lives and C-Span, or the Home Shopping Network or an infomercial.
If it wasn't for Scooby Doo we would have never had the parody of it that the Venture Bros did. I'd link to the episode, but I can't find any that weren't already baleeted.
the original scooby doo without scrappy or that other goofy character was CLASSIC
it's got the theme song
it's got the ultimate predictability
it's got djinkies
it's got some convoluted plan, which will be screwed up by scooby and shaggy
it's got the ghost chase
and it always was the gardner afterall who would have gotten away with it if it weren't for those meddling kids and their dog
i hated scooby doo too

If you can name a single cartoon from the era (1968-1975) which is better, I will eat my tophat.
Space Ghost.
Now pictures or it didn't happen.
Fat Albert.
The Dudley Do-Right Show
Hong-Kong Phooey
The Super Globetrotters.
Dudley Do-Right was not from that era (too early) and neither was Hong Kong Phooey (too late).
And Fat Albert sucked shit through a straw.

Did that even make it through a full season? They were better on Scooby Doo, I'm willing to bet $5.
They all came from the 70's and they all count, and they're all worlds better.
No, I specified a certain set of dates, which couldn't be fulfilled - that six year period was pretty bad, despite what any sad and lonely GenX wants to tell you.
Space Ghost was around then.
It also spawned the fantastic http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Space_Ghost_Coast_to_Coast
That's true, I remember Space Ghost. Blue Falcon was pretty good too.
space ghost coast to coast RAWKS
the original was kinda .. well .. i dunno actually i'm not sure if i saw more than one or two eps of that
It was pretty surreal, and perhaps mediocre.
Anyone remember "G-Force"? :D
That was pretty much the shiz-nit, but then I was the oldest sister to two younger brothers. I had to watch He-Man and Smurfs and GI Joe.
I was outnumbered.
GI Joe was a rollercoaster of human drama, and a tour-de-force. I won't hear a word against a show whose intro has a man socking a snake in the head for no reason.
Duly noted.
Also, it had helpful hints and PSAs at the end. "And knowing's half the battle."
You fucking know it. 8)
I'm trying to think of some others...but I really can't. Justice League was a favorite of mine, but only when the Wonder Twins were on.
Loved those damned rings they had.
Form of--a tubgirl fountain!
Shape of--a walrus's testicle!
It was always really ridiculous stuff that oughtn't even do anything, either.
Yeah, like an iceberg.
WTF is an iceberg going to do for chrissake? MELT on the perp?
Now I'm suddenly wondering why the fuck I thought the Wonder Twins were so cool.
:lulz: Because of their dynamic teamwork, and uh, magical rings?
I think I had the vague notion the dude was hawt or something. *blush*
