The US military - it makes even the most insane internet occultists look sane.
Includes - stopping goats hearts by staring. a general who attempted to walk through his office walls, Barney the dinosaur, songs that suck information out of your head, Abu Ghraib and much, much more.
An interesting look into how odd beliefs can go to total extremes.
Colonel Stubblebine? "Project Jedi"? "GOAT LAB"?
I'm torn between
:argh!:
and
:lulz:
and
:x
great lines:
"what did the goat ever do to me? what that goat?"
"can you have some fun with this back? tell the back how you're feeling right now..."
"in jim's first earth battalian, soldiars would carry baby lambs into hostile countries, they would greet the enemy with sparkly eyes and an automatic hug." w1n

that was unbelievably interesting
expecially the 3rd part
i never actually knew where the Heavens Gates got that crap about a space ship behind the Hale-Bopp comet
and i did like that hippie corperal that is convinced the CIA would only use his earth battalian ideas to promote "peace and love"
Sadly, he's not a corporal, he's a lieutenant-colonel...one rank above Major.
BUMP, cause I want to watch these later, and can't be bothered finding the links again

Reading "Imaginary Weapons" was also an eye opening experience for me...

Hm....
The military is quite batshit insane. Seeing the images from Abu Ghraib made me feel sick and unpleasant for the rest of the day.
