Yeah, pretty much my thinking too. Even I haven't read all the books in here (might've skimmed many of them, but that doesn't count).

Alot of copyright infringements in there. If you think you can get away with it, go for it.
Also, if someone gave me a list of what was in there in the first place, I could probably tell you which ones the copyright had expired on.
