They fund FGM reversals with a transsexual doc from Colorado... I see a cab with dice in the mirror.

Heartwarming, that's one of the better charity causes I've heard of lately.

That's pretty rad, actually. FGM is such a horrible, depressing, frightening thing.

Only if you're speaking in Latin.

Since you're not, only loaning words from it, English language conventions apply.

Anyone who disagrees is a pompous ass.

A friend of mine and and I have a long running game where we find all the words in the english language that end in i in the plural form.  I think, after two years, we've found them all.

the general rule is if the singular form of the word is consonant-vowel-consonant, the last too letters being US, then the plural form will drop the US and become I

there are exceptions of course, but that's the general rule as I understand it.

It depends on the declension that it came from in Latin. "us" is usually 2nd declension male, so the plural would be "i" but 4th declension also ends in "us" but the plural is "ūs" (if the noun is male or female).

Incidentally, clitoris and penis are both 3rd declension, and would be clitores and penes in the plural. But saying peni or penii is funnier. Multiple clitorises should be appropriately referred to in English as "Hell yeah!"

I went to school where 5 years of Latin was mandatory. I ended up repeating one of those years.  :lulz:
