i've been blowing up eggs in microwaves since i was a kid.

but if you put one in the bottom of a cup of water for 1:30 and not a single second longer it comes out perfectly poached.

i have no idea.
our wall sockets are 110 here and i just set it on high.

well, that's kind of important. some microwaves are 700W on high, others are 800 or 900 :)

maybe even 1100W
