I haven't had a chance to sit down and read a lot of the more serious tuff lately, but am now ready . . . can anyone give me some advice on what some of the better threads are at the moment?
Cram's strange times thread in Or Kill Me.
"What are you listening to?"
and
Haiku Game
*slaps Hunter in the face*
Instead of trying to catch up on all the threads, just read the first post in the first one, the second post in the second one, the third post in the third one, and so on.
It will make for much more interesting reading, albeit logistically difficult planning.
and then in the first post you read, only read the first word
and then in the second post, only the second word...
edited to add:
if you do this with Apple Talk right now, it reads:
"One over honest lazy FAAAAAAKKKKKEEEEEE!!!!!! Seal trying hate"
okay that was stupid
any thread I'm in
:wishing he had never asked:
The whole forum, including the archives.
Minus anything invoilving Iza.
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
We've had lots of good threads going in this sub-forum (aside from the 4 or 5 that AKK started). It's only 7 pages long, why not read them all. :D j/k
I'd say anything started by LHX is going to be a good read. I say that mostly because I'm feeling nostalgic and have really missed his presence here on these boards. We'd get into some real good riffing on some of these ideas with him.
There was also the thread in response to Laz's view of the BIP which was interesting, to see how someone outside the group views the ideas, and how we in turn, respond to those views.
I dunno, there's been so much good stuff in this subforum, and I think we've done a good job to keep it fairly clean from the usual threadjack and threaddrift found in the others. If I think of any others I'll let you know.
I thought you'd like to know a guest is printing this thread.

Clearly it has good advice for those wishing to join the community in the future as well.

It's THE MAN.
Now they know where all the good threads are.
WTF was I thinking?
Mike Morris?
Who?
Mike "The Man" Morris. He was the original vocalist for Faith No More.
Ah, ok... that one flew over my head.
