Title: New recipe.

Last night I was grilling steaks and realized I was out of mushrooms. As any respectable cook does I faked a topping. OMG it turned out to be an oral orgasm.

1/4 finely chopped fresh onion.
2 finely chopped pepperoncini's
1/4 stick butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup sweet Italian cream
1 good squeeze of three pepper mustard

Over a hot (preferably open) flame saute until reduced to a paste like substance.

Deglaze with 1/4 cup Shiraz wine and reduce again.

Spread over the steak and eat!

You're welcome and a tip on the Italian cream, shhhhhh, (I used coffeemate liquid Sweet Italian Cream).

WTF *is* sweet Italian cream, anyway?  Is that like creme fraiche?  ...or eta: marscapone?

3 pepper mustard, eh?  That sounds fucking awesome as hell, and the recipe sounded good before!
