Last night I was grilling steaks and realized I was out of mushrooms. As any respectable cook does I faked a topping. OMG it turned out to be an oral orgasm.
1/4 finely chopped fresh onion.
2 finely chopped pepperoncini's
1/4 stick butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup sweet Italian cream
1 good squeeze of three pepper mustard
Over a hot (preferably open) flame saute until reduced to a paste like substance.
Deglaze with 1/4 cup Shiraz wine and reduce again.
Spread over the steak and eat!
That sounds amazing! I'll have to try it this weekend when I grill!
