Some of it does. Some of it even uses almost the same language the BIP metaphor uses.

Other parts are just conspiratorial bunk.

yeah, tis true. The conspiratorial thing ain't quite something I'm into. The only conpiracy I see in D.C. is the conspiracy for some of those goofballs to not use their brains.
