No, nothing has changed, because - even if he wanted to - Obama CAN'T change things. He may close Gitmo, but that just means the clowns interned there will be moved to other accomodations. The NSA will still tape Soldiers making racy phone calls to their wives from Iraq, and play them in the office for laughs (Actually happened. No shit.).
