We're in charge of cooking spare ribs tonight. They aren't frozen, and it's cool if we eat by 7 or 8, so I have time to braise.
Need seasoning ideas. PLEASE. NOW. THX.
Rub= brown sugar, cayanne, salt, oregano mustard powder.
Braise = white wine, garlic, honey, worcestershire.
After braising, reduce liquid to glaze.
Glaze ribs and put under broiler for 1 minute.
Red wine, salt, garlic...minced veggies...the spare rib dishes I know of are all French and in the oven stew-type...

Shit, we don't have white wine. I have strawberry mead or red wine.... :x
Everything else we got though.
Fuck it, use red.
Take pictures.

In we go! I put some of the chopped garlic on top of the ribs too...cause, well...you know. It is almost cold season.
Omg. This smells like candy.
Oh...My...God...

LMNO's stuff sounds good. (also similar to mine)
I usually use brown sugar, cayenne, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dry thyme, adobo for the rub and braise it in white wine, vinegar, crushed garlic, worcstershire and honey.
Little late now though.
But oh mercy those look delicious.
Yeah, your ribs nearly killed my sister and I when you pulled a bone out. She still won't stop talking about your death-grade macaroni and cheese.
Yo your sister needs that death grade mac n cheese.
She looks like this

No offense of course, she just vuurry skinny.
And that pack of crackers I had for dinner sucked. I kept pulling up that picture on my phone as incentive to get that work done to leave faster. Still didn't get out of there till 11.
Lookin at it now is makin... well would ya look at the time! It's blunch-o-clock!
I hate her. She eats like a pig and gains nothing. :x
Give it time.
