The Black Plague one looks pretty boring. I love the fact that the Swine Flu has a snout. If I had to pick one I'd go with E. coli though. I like all the flagella.

I'm pretty sure there was an episode of Fringe where giant common cold microbes were used to kill people.

Just thought I should mention that, since it came to mind when I saw the thread title. Can't find a pic, sadly.
