I was going to post some stupid bullshit about my theory on dynamism in art and physics and how the idea of saying more with less in art mirrors the dynamism shown in physics when you get into smaller and smaller particles, but instead of being an asshole, I decided to share my amazing sammich recipe. Its no dessert recipe, but it is tasty, and usually your local coffee house will have a similar enough sandwich that this one can be substituted fairly easily (mine has some kind of chicken california club special something or other that works quite well... Hold the chicken, sub mayo for cream cheese, etc). Here goes:
Bread - lightly toasted (I usually go for Potato or Foccacia, but anything will do)
Cream Cheese (on both pieces of bread)
Cucumbers
Cooked-but-Cold Bacon (a couple strips usually work)
Lots of Sprouts (or lettuce if sprouts are out of season)
Avocado
Salt and Pepper
And thats pretty much it. Very tasty, the bacon and cucumbers make it crisp and refreshing, and the sprouts are pretty much filler. The cream cheese and avocado mix together well, too. You can throw some swiss on there if you want, but that might start making it too mushy. Tomatoes do the same thing as the swiss, unless thinly sliced. Anyway, enjoy...
(BTW:pixie o'fubar, this was the sammich recipe I was going to give you but you still havent told me if your sammich personality test/experiment will work in reverse)
That sounds so delicious. Want.

nah its not an experiment. I just fucking wing it based around an in joke or defining thing in previous posts.
and Monday's is LARP nite. i just got back yo.
I think that one thing I've discovered recently is that newbies who post delicious recipes early on are more likely to establish warm feelings in me.
I really should hack/mod the registration form to ask
"In order to prove you are not a spambot, please fill in your most delicious favourite sammich recipe:"
(while in reality it will be their signature textfield, so they have a funny recipe as sig and everybody gets to see and they can still change it easily.)
I strongly encourage this idea, 000.

Ok, whew. I gave it 24 hours, and my acct is still active.
Ehmmmm banning is quite rare here: just don't try to post childporn, post NSFW stuff directly (linkify that shit), and ehmmm don't post stuff that'll make a thread unreadable (like over 24576 images in one post(not sure if this is against the rules, but the mods are as discordian as the rest of us and don't really care about anyone's rules, not even their own))
Oh, and don't be Daruko.
About the Eggs:
Putting your eggs in the pan while the butter/oil is still cool will probably cause your food to suck up alot of fat. And that's OK.
Makes A LOT of sense. The cool pan part. and the other stuff you said has been noted. Thanks for the input. I knew the cold pan was key, I just didnt know why. It tipped mo off when I tried to make eggs AFTER I made bacon in the same pan once. Yuk...
The key to the egg/pan problem is prolly to get a decent pan. Nice thick bottom and non-stick - perfect eggs every time.
