I prefer "Glorious Dawn" (Sagan and Hawking), but all of the Symphony of Science ones are awesome. I think there's three of them.

Yeah, I love that piece. :) Glorious Dawn is also very good. I posted about this a month or two ago, and was really excited at the time. It's like a hymn for a religious naturalist.
