Looks good!
It's the cast-iron pizza I was muttering about earlier. This is MK2. I have been doing R&D.
That looks pretty fucking delicious!
It was. Didn't last long, though.
Next batch, I plan to use beer instead of water, and I'm making a LOT more dough.

This. Dough stores well, no reason not to save yourself the time by making it in large batches.
Looks good, Sig.
Indeed! Thank you.
Note: Cast iron pans are the bomb.
The.
Bomb.
I have never burnt a pizza in one so far (4 for 4, woot) and the bottom of the crust is always, without exception, perfectly golden.
I want a 20" cast iron skillet now.
I <3 homemade pizza and that looks simply delicious
nom nom nom
WANT THAT IN MAH BELLEH, NAO.
I think this can be achieved chez Jenne...
It is a very simple recipe, the dough. Only thing I did that was counter to the instructions was to set the dough next to my space heater for an hour so that it may rise.
...I have found that certain recipes assume "room temperature" is a balmy 70F or so.
The one I used is http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1941,153172-247207,00.html
But I winged it for a lot of little steps, promise to take notes next time I do it.

 Well this is Portland. "Room temperature" includes a dampness index here.

I feels ya dawg. I think I'm at like 20' if that above sea level ma DAMNED self...not to mention we live in fucking CLOUDS most of the year.
That pizza looks beautiful!
I end up usually buying the premade dough at the grocery store... a good recipe is hard to find.
I'd tap that.
With my mouth.
Hell I'd put my dick on it, hot from the oven.
That reminds me that for some reason my date kept talking about wanting to stick his dick in Babybel cheeses last night.
Wh-what?

For the sensation, or to flavor it?
