After checking out the website I can see that there is a lot of clever photoshop montaging going on in those panels, but still the layout and design of it is pretty amazing.
I think they must be using photoshopped photographs of real people who just do poses. It looks that way, doesn't it?

I'm not criticizing it, I'm just trying to puzzle out the un-webcomic-ish level of artwork.
What I adore about it is that it's in the same vein as "Gone With The Blastwave", one of my all time faves.
